福島県産「夢の香」を使用。今季初の搾りたての生酒を火入れせずに瓶詰めした「初しぼり」純米酒。開栓とともに、摘みたての林檎や桃を思わせるみずみずしいアロマがふわりと広がる。舌の上では軽快に弾けるテクスチャーと爽やかなキレが心地よく、洗練された米の柔らかな甘みと透明感のある旨味がスッと消えていく。新酒らしいエネルギーと躍動感を堪能できる季節限定酒です。

Sharaku Junmai – Hatsushibori Nama
This seasonal Hatsushibori Junmai is crafted from Fukushima-grown Yume-no-Ka and bottled
unpasteurized at the very first pressing of the year. Upon opening, vibrant aromas reminiscent of freshly picked apples and peaches rise gracefully. On the palate, the sake bursts with lively freshness, offering a crisp, clean finish that highlights the refined sweetness and delicate umami of polished rice. A limited-release expression that captures the vivid energy of true shinshu (new sake).
